By downloading, installing, or using Ares ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ares is a mobile application designed to help dog owners track and manage canine epilepsy. The App allows you to log seizure episodes, manage medications, track dose adherence, and generate reports to share with your veterinarian.

• Huskeelife LLC is not responsible for any medical decisions made based on information in the App

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
