How do I log a seizure? Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen and select "Start Timer" to time an active seizure, or "Log Episode" to record one after the fact.
How do I add a medication? Go to the Meds tab, tap "Manage Medications," then tap "Add Medication." Enter the name, dosage, frequency, and schedule times.
How do dose reminders work? When you enable reminders on a medication, you'll get a notification at each scheduled dose time. If you don't log the dose, a follow-up reminder comes 30 minutes later, and an escalation alert at 2 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ares Pro → Cancel Subscription.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app? Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your data will be lost unless you have an iPhone backup. We recommend keeping regular iCloud or iTunes backups.
How do I share a report with my vet? From the Home screen, tap "Export Vet Report," choose a date range, then tap "Generate & Share." You can send the PDF via email, AirDrop, or any sharing app.
